Mansa Devi Temple Haridwar is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Mansa Devi in the holy city of Haridwar in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The temple is located at the top of Pilwa Parvat in the Sivalik Hills, the southernmost part of the Himalayan range. The temple, also known as Knife Tirth, is one of the Panch Tirths (Five Pilgrimages) in Haridwar.

The Mansa Devi Temple Haridwar is a must-see for pilgrims on their way to Haridwar. It reinforces the sacred culture of Haridwar which has been living in the place since many centuries. It offers views of the Ganges River and the Haridwar plains. To reach the temple, one has to either follow the footpath to this holy shrine or ride a rope. The queue service known as 'Mansa Devi Udankatola' was started for the benefit of pilgrims and is also used to transport pilgrims to Chandi Devi Temple. A cable car transports pilgrims from the lower station directly to the Mansa Devi temple. The total length of the cable car is 540 meters (1,770 feet) and the covered height is 178 meters (584 feet). On a normal day, the temple is open from 05:00 to 21:00, except that it is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 14:00.

It is said that Devi Mansa and Chandi, the two forms of Goddess Parvati, always lived near each other. This belief can be found true in another case where there is a Chandi Mandir near Chandigarh near the Mata Mansa Devi Mandir in Panchkula, Haryana.
